Customers

The service is for businesses and professionals with a VAT number only. Consumer protection rules do not apply.

Service

Quadra is a subscription platform that reconciles advertising, e-commerce and CRM data and provides analysis generated with artificial intelligence models. The features of each plan are described on quadra.dad.

Subscription and payment

Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. Prices are shown net of any applicable taxes. Invoices are issued under the provider’s tax regime.

Minimum term and cancellation

The monthly plan has a 3-month minimum term, after which it can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice by writing to [email protected]. The annual plan lasts 12 months and renews unless cancelled at least 30 days before it ends. Periods already started are not refundable.

Setup

Setup and tracking audit are included. The customer provides read-only access to the required accounts. Quadra never changes the customer’s campaigns, budgets or stores.

Data

Customer data remains the customer’s property. Quadra does not import end customers’ personal data (names, emails, addresses). For data processed on the customer’s behalf, Quadra acts as processor under Article 28 GDPR; a DPA is available on request. On termination the customer can request a full export; data is deleted within 30 days.

Artificial intelligence

Analysis is generated with artificial intelligence models, including Claude by Anthropic, on aggregated campaign and sales data. It supports decisions and does not guarantee commercial results.

Liability

The provider’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the 12 months before the event, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence. The provider is not liable for outages caused by third-party platforms.

Intellectual property

Quadra’s software, calculation models and methodology remain the provider’s property. The customer receives a right of use for the duration of the subscription.

Changes

Price changes or changes to these terms are notified at least 30 days in advance and apply from the following period.

Law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. The courts of Pavia have exclusive jurisdiction.
